We do not use any hormones or
steroids to promote growth in our beef cattle.
We do vaccinate our cattle
from disease. We believe this is safe, benefits the animal, and
makes economic sense. We usually vaccinate once a year and worm our
cattle about twice a year.
We
eat the same beef that we sell. So we, like you, don't want
anything unnatural or unnecessary given to the animal. Therefore
we strive to identify any animal that will be going to market months in advance to
ensure any residual substance is completely removed from their system before processing.
Once an animal is chosen for market, we refrain from giving any
vaccinations.

that we sell to you, so you can be assured that we take great care to
provide you with a very high quality and safe product.
